[EMBOSS] transeq

Transeq

Function: Translate nucleic acid sequence

Usage:
# transeq input_files output_files

그외에 옵션사용시
frame지정할 수 있음. Forward/Reverse 혹은 1,2,3/-1,-2,-3
6은  All six frame대하여 수행
# transeq input_files output_files -frame 6
